I am a connector, strategist, and executive leader who has built a career on advancing organizations through relationships, execution, and vision. From supporting C-suite leaders to creating high-impact marketing strategies and launching a history-making nonprofit, I thrive in roles where I can build momentum, open doors, and bring people together to achieve meaningful results.

 

My career began as a C-suite Executive Assistant, where I learned firsthand how top-level decisions are made and how to drive priorities from the inside out. Supporting senior executives sharpened my operational discipline, confidentiality, communication skills, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Those executive foundations later became the backbone of my entrepreneurial and leadership success.

 

I went on to build a thriving marketing and business development consultancy—connecting clients with
synergistic partners, producing high-profile events across 51+ markets, and leading integrated branding and media strategies in Healthcare, Aesthetics, and Dental Sleep Apnea.

 

In 2018, I channeled my passion for women in business and launched the Lafayette Women’s Chamber of Commerce—the first and only Women’s Chamber in Louisiana’s history. As Founder and President of a 501(c)(6), I grew the Chamber to 500+ members, creating a powerful platform that gave women a voice, visibility, and community. Though the Chamber ultimately closed in 2023 due to post-COVID economic challenges and lack of large-corporate buy-in, our impact on the region—and on hundreds of women-owned businesses—remains a legacy I’m deeply proud of.
